Services and prices

A resume costs ₦1,500, a cover letter costs ₦1,000, and a 30-minute consultation costs ₦5,000. Prices in other currencies are estimates; the Paystack checkout amount is in Nigerian naira. The current website accepts test transactions only. No live payment is enabled.

Your documents

Choose a template, enter your details and review the on-page preview. Cover letters offer three prepared starting options that you can edit. After verified successful payment, a clean PDF of the document submitted at checkout becomes available. Later edits to your draft do not change that purchased copy.

Check names, dates, contact details, spelling and the employer’s requirements before purchasing. Use truthful information and only content you have permission to use. You retain your rights in the content you provide; CareerCraft uses it to deliver and support your order.

Access without an account

Drafts stay in your browser. New purchases can be reopened through My purchases in the same browser for up to 30 days, using an essential cookie. Clearing cookies or changing browsers may remove access. Email-based and cross-device recovery are not currently connected. Keep your downloaded document and receipt.

Consultations

Consultations cover personal resume review, cover-letter review and job-search optimization through WhatsApp video, voice or chat. Choose an available 30-minute slot at least 12 hours ahead. The booking picker shows current availability; appointment times use Lagos time (WAT). Continuing to Paystack reserves a slot for 15 minutes; a verified successful payment confirms the appointment, subject to availability.

If payment arrives too late or the slot can no longer be confirmed, contact support to arrange a suitable resolution. Do not pay again just to resolve a delayed confirmation.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Paystack provides the payment options enabled for the checkout. See our cancellation and refund policy, including the ₦2,000 fee for cancelling an upcoming paid consultation. Refunds are reviewed and processed separately; a request does not move money automatically.

Career outcomes

CareerCraft helps present your experience and prepare your applications. It does not guarantee a job, interview, visa, salary or acceptance by every applicant tracking system. Follow each employer’s application instructions.

Support and your rights

Contact support if a service fails or an order is incorrect. These terms do not remove any consumer rights or remedies that applicable law requires. Learn about Nigerian consumer protection from the FCCPC.

These terms describe the current local test version. Business identity and launch details will be completed before live trading. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
