Payment or download trouble
First open My purchases in the browser you used to pay. Keep cookies enabled. If you still need help, send the payment reference, service name and what happened. If a debit is pending or the result is unclear, contact us before paying again.
Manage your consultation
Open your booking in My purchases to see its confirmed time, contact link and cancellation option. See the cancellation and refund policy before cancelling. For an appointment that needs rescheduling, contact us with its reference.
Protect your details
Never send card details, a PIN, OTP or banking password. You do not need to send your full resume to report a payment issue. For privacy requests, describe what you need and we will explain how to verify the relevant record.
